Public housing - Co-op Housing Federation of Nova Scotia

They will give you a list of all the housing co-ops in the Halifax-Dartmouth area. You have to contact them yourself. It may take a while to get into a co-op. However, many parents have raised their children in co-ops and have found good support, friendship, safety, affordable rent, and stability for their kids.
